Terms and conditions

Effective as of 2025

Welcome to SPSS Dissertation Help. The following Terms & Conditions outline the rules and expectations governing your use of our services. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

Service Scope.

Our services include SPSS data analysis, dissertation results writing, data cleaning, statistical modeling, interpretation, presentation of findings, and academic support.
We provide:

  • Quantitative analysis (e.g., regression, ANOVA, reliability tests).
  • Qualitative analysis (e.g., coding, thematic analysis).
  • Data preparation, recoding, and formatting.
  • Statistical consultation through written communication.
  • Academic support documents such as APA tables, interpretation notes, and methodology clarification.

Our services are meant to assist students and researchers—not replace academic responsibilities or guarantee a specific grade.

Client Responsibilities.

Clients must ensure that all instructions, data files, documents, and research materials are correct, complete, and final before work begins.
This includes:

  • Providing clean and usable datasets.
  • Sharing any rubrics, guidelines, grading criteria, or institutional instructions.
  • Clarifying the expected statistical tests or approach.
  • Confirming deadlines, formatting style, and deliverable structure.
  • Responding promptly when clarifications are needed.
  • Ensuring the research questions or hypotheses are accurate.

Any inconsistencies or missing information may cause delays that we are not responsible for.

Project Start and Delivery

A project officially begins ONLY when:

  • Payment has been received.
  • All files are submitted.
  • Instructions are clear and confirmed.
  • Clarifications (if any) have been addressed.

Turnaround time counts from this moment, not from initial inquiry.
Delivery is based on the complexity of the analysis, not just page count.

If the client delays in responding, delivery time automatically extends.

Academic Integrity

We provide academic assistance, not cheating.
Clients agree:

  • Not to claim our work as professionally published or institution-approved.
  • Not to submit our work “as-is” when prohibited by their institution.
  • Not to request unethical services (e.g., writing entire dissertations, forging data, altering survey results).

We reserve the right to refuse projects that violate academic standards.

Ownership of Work

Once delivered, all custom work belongs to the client.
We NEVER:

  • Reuse
  • Resell
  • Distribute
  • Publish
  • Share

any part of your files or analysis.
However, the client cannot claim copyright infringement or demand compensation for style preferences, personal writing tone, or interpretation differences.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality protocols:

  • All data is encrypted and securely stored
  • Files are deleted upon request
  • No third-party access is allowed
  • No personal details are ever shared

We never request unnecessary personal information, and all communication is treated with professional discretion.

Payment Terms

Payments must be completed before work begins.
For large projects, installment plans may be allowed, but work begins only after the agreed deposit is received.

We accept only secure verified payment systems.

We do not handle payment disputes outside of our policies.

Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Grades received from your institution
  • Supervisor preference changes
  • Rejection due to methodology differences
  • Incorrect or incomplete instructions provided by the client
  • Challenges arising from poor-quality or inconsistent datasets
  • Delays caused by client inaction
  • Institutional rules unknown to us

We guarantee professional analysis—not academic outcomes.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or placing an order:

  • You confirm that you agree to these terms
  • You authorize us to analyze your data
  • You acknowledge the limitations of academic support

If you disagree with any section, please do not place an order.
