Revision Policy

We aim to ensure that every client receives accurate and high-quality SPSS analysis. Our revision policy protects both the client and the analyst by establishing clear and reasonable expectations.

Free Revision Period

Clients are entitled to free revisions for 7 days after their final delivery.

This includes:

  • Fixing errors
  • Clarifying explanations
  • Adjusting output formatting
  • Rewriting tables in APA or any specified format

However, revisions do not include new analyses or additional work outside the original project scope.

What Free Revisions Cover

Free revisions apply ONLY when:

  • The request is directly connected to the original instructions
  • No new requirements are added
  • No new dataset is submitted
  • The research questions remain identical
  • The client wants clarification on existing results

We revise until the work aligns with your approved guidelines.

What Requires Additional Payment

Revision fees apply if:

  • The client changes the research topic
  • New datasets are uploaded
  • The institution demands different statistical tests
  • Additional analyses (e.g., adding SEM, factor analysis, mediation, moderation) are required
  • The client requests methodology rewriting or new results sections
  • The dataset provided was incorrect or incomplete

We charge only for the time and work required; everything is transparent.

Revision Timeline

Revision speed depends on complexity:

  • Minor wording edits: up to 24 hours
  • Analysis clarifications: 24–48 hours
  • Major changes or complex statistical additions: 2–5 days

Urgent revisions (under 12 hours) may incur a fast-track fee.

Expired Revision Period

Requests made after 14 days are treated as new tasks.

We do not provide free revisions after this window because analysts must close the project and move to new assignments.
