Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be clear, fair, and transparent. Each condition is written to protect both the client and the service provider, ensuring that refunds are handled ethically and reasonably based on the work performed.

Full Refund Conditions

  • You cancel within 12 hours of payment

A full refund is guaranteed if you decide to cancel your order within the first 12 hours after making your payment. This grace period exists because no analyst is typically assigned during this time, and no substantial work has begun. It gives clients an opportunity to reconsider their order without financial penalty. If you notify us of cancellation during this 12-hour window, we will immediately initiate the refund process without any deductions.

  • No analyst has started working: If no analyst has yet been assigned to your project or no analytical or preparatory work has been initiated on your dataset, you qualify for a full refund. This applies even if more than 12 hours have passed, provided that your project is still in a “pending start” status. Since we have not allocated labor or resources, we consider it fair to return 100% of your payment.
  • No file has been delivered: A full refund is also granted if no portion of your project, whether partial output, draft analysis, or preliminary results, has been delivered. If you have not received any work at all from us, this means the service has not been executed in any measurable form. Under such circumstances, the refund process can proceed without deductions.
  • We cannot complete your project for valid internal reasons: If for any reason our internal team is unable to complete your project—such as analyst unavailability, unforeseen technical issues, or inability to perform the required analysis—we will issue a full refund. This ensures that you are never financially penalized for limitations on our side.
  • Full refunds are processed within 3–7 business days: Once your refund is approved, we begin processing it immediately. However, depending on your bank, payment gateway, or credit card provider, the funds may take 3 to 7 business days to appear in your account. This delay is due to external financial systems, not our internal processing speed.

Partial Refund Conditions

  • You cancel after the first 12 hours: If you decide to cancel your order after 12 hours of payment, you become eligible for a partial refund rather than a full one. After this time window, analysts may have begun preparing your data, reviewing materials, or allocating time in their schedules. Therefore, a deduction is applied to compensate for the resources already invested.
  • Work has begun but is not completed: A partial refund is offered when our team has already started working on your project, but the work is not yet finished or delivered. This means effort, time, and expert attention have already been applied. To remain fair to both sides, we refund a portion while retaining a part of the payment to cover the work completed.
  • An analyst has already spent time reviewing the data: Even if no written output has been delivered, analysts often spend substantial time reviewing datasets, identifying statistical methods, preparing SPSS files, or planning the appropriate models. This preparatory stage is part of the overall workload. Because time and professional expertise have already been invested, only a partial refund is given.
  • The cancellation is based on client circumstances, not our performance: A partial refund applies if the client chooses to cancel for personal, academic, or unrelated reasons that do not involve service failure. This includes situations where a student changes research topics, no longer needs the analysis, or makes adjustments to their dissertation after work has started. In these cases, the refund reflects the work already executed by our team.
  • A partial refund reflects time and resources already invested: The purpose of the partial refund is to compensate the analyst for the time already dedicated to the project. This includes project planning, dataset examination, statistical setup, and other behind-the-scenes tasks that clients may not see but are crucial to the analysis process.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • The entire work has been completed and delivered: Once the final project, full analysis, results chapter, or complete output has been delivered to the client, refunds cannot be issued. This is because the service has been fully rendered and the intellectual value has already been provided. Our analysts invest significant expertise in producing the final output, so completed orders are fully non-refundable.
  • The client changes instructions after delivery: Refunds cannot be granted if instructions are changed after work has been completed or delivered. If new requirements, new tests, new variables, or new formatting needs emerge after delivery, these are treated as new tasks and not grounds for refunds. Clients must ensure that all instructions are accurate and final before the project begins.
  • The dataset provided is incorrect, incomplete, or corrupted: If the dataset supplied by the client is inaccurate, missing key variables, corrupted, or inconsistent and this prevents proper analysis, refunds cannot be issued. Analysts depend on the quality and completeness of client-provided data. If errors originate from the client’s data, responsibility cannot be transferred to the service provider.
  • Supervisor feedback requires new analyses: Supervisors often request additional tests, new interpretations, expanded content, or different approaches after reviewing the results. These changes are normal in academic work but are not grounds for a refund. New supervisor demands fall outside the original instructions and therefore require new paid work.
  • The client delays communication and misses deadlines: If a client becomes unresponsive, delays providing needed files, or fails to reply to clarification questions, refunds are not applicable. Delays caused by client inactivity interfere with our workflow and timeline, so we cannot be held responsible for such outcomes.
  • The academic institution rejects the work based on preference: If your university or professor rejects the work due to personal preference, stylistic disagreements, or institutional bias, not because of technical errors, refunds cannot be provided. Academic judgment varies, and we cannot control subjective instructor preferences.
  • We uphold fairness but cannot refund situations outside our control: Our refund policy exists to maintain fairness. We happily correct mistakes, revise content, and support clients, but cannot refund situations that are caused by issues outside our responsibility. This protects both the client’s investment and the analyst’s labor.

Dispute Resolution

  • Contact us immediately: If you are dissatisfied or believe something is incorrect, you must notify us as soon as possible. This prompt communication helps us investigate early and resolve issues faster, ensuring that your project remains on track.
  • Provide clear evidence and concerns: To review your dispute properly, we require a clear explanation and supporting evidence such as screenshots, instructions, or comparison documents. This allows our quality assurance team to assess the issue objectively and determine the appropriate solution.
  • Allow us 3–5 business days to investigate and respond: Once a dispute is submitted, we begin a formal review process. Our team may analyze your instructions, the delivered work, the communication history, and the dataset. This process typically takes 3 to 5 business days, after which we provide a full explanation and proposed solution.

We prioritize respectful communication and fair outcomes

Our goal is always to resolve disputes professionally and respectfully. We assess all concerns carefully and aim to find the fairest outcome based on the original agreement and evidence provided. We value transparency and fairness in every resolution.
